How does check-in work?
Check-in is in person, at the Hotel Cavour reception: Via Goito 4, 40126 Bologna. There is no lockbox: someone greets you and hands over the keys. The reception is staffed around the clock.
Where are the keys handed over, and how far is it?
At the same reception, Via Goito 4, 40126 Bologna. It is a three-minute walk from Palazzo Bocchi, on Via Goito, and five minutes from Via Rizzoli.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00pm. Check-out by 11:00am.
What is included?
In every apartment: wi-fi, equipped kitchen, linens included, private bathroom, met in person, historic centre. Each apartment lists its own amenities on its page.
Are pets allowed?
No. There are three house rules: no smoking, no parties, no pets.
Can you smoke in the apartments?
No, in none of the four apartments.
How big are the apartments, and how many people do they sleep?
They range from 65 to 100 m² and sleep up to 6 people. The size, capacity and bedroom count of each are on that apartment's page.
Is it better to book on this site?
Booking through this site means no portal commission: the rate you see is the rate you pay, and you deal directly with the people who run the apartment.
How do I book?
Pick your dates and guests on the site: the booking engine opens in a new tab with the dates and the party already filled in. The booking is completed there.
Where are the apartments?
In two buildings in the historic centre of Bologna: Palazzo Ronzani, at Via Rizzoli 3, fifty metres from the Two Towers, and Palazzo Bocchi, at Via Goito 16.
What services are included?
All apartments include free high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine and a courtesy set.
Is there parking?
We do not have private parking, but there are several public car parks near the historic centre. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 7 km away.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. The property is entirely non-smoking.
